All materials comply with international jewelry standards and are hypoallergenic.

We currently provide international shipping to over 50 countries and regions worldwide, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and most European countries. Shipping times vary by destination: standard shipping takes 3–10 business days, while expedited shipping takes 1–3 business days. Please note that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We will provide all necessary documentation to facilitate international shipments.

The customization process takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design. Throughout the process, we will provide design sketches and real-time progress updates. What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return and exchange policy for unused, undamaged jewelry that is returned with its original packaging and receipt. Custom-made items (featuring unique engravings or designs) are non-refundable, unless they have manufacturing defects.
